Happy MBA refund policy
We want you to enrol in Happy MBA feeling confident and at ease.
We understand this is a significant investment of time, energy and money, so we have a refund policy to give you full confidence when you enrol on the program.
1. 30 day peace-of-mind guarantee
You have the first 30 days of the program (Module 1) to decide whether Happy MBA is right for you.
First 14 days: full refund
If, within the first 14 days, you decide the program isn’t for you, we will issue a full refund (minus any payment processing fees).
Just let us know in writing.
Day 15 to the end of module 1: 25% fee applies
If you continue beyond the first 14 days, we ask that you participate fully in Module 1:
Attend the live sessions (or watch replays promptly)
Complete the core exercises
Engage in at least one check-in or conversation with us
If, by the end of Module 1, you feel Happy MBA genuinely isn’t the right fit, you may withdraw and will only be charged for Module 1 (one quarter of the total program fee).
The remaining three modules will be refunded or cancelled.
We may have a short conversation to understand your experience, but it won’t be to persuade you. If it’s not right, it’s not right.
2. After Module 1
Once Module 1 is complete, refunds are no longer available.
However, if life circumstances genuinely prevent you from continuing, you may request a one-time transfer to a future cohort within 12 months.
Transfers must be agreed in writing.
3. Payment plans
If you are on a payment plan:
Refunds within the first 14 days will cancel future payments.
If you withdraw before the end of Module 1, you will only be responsible for the first quarter of the program fee.
After Module 1, payment commitments remain in place.

Happy MBA works best when people come in ready to commit.
It isn’t a drop-in course; it’s a shared container for meaningful change, and the strength of the experience depends on everyone showing up fully.
This policy is designed to:

Encourage genuine participation
Protect the integrity of the cohort experience
